Welcome to Bollis 2 Tea Rooms, a traditional, family‑run tea rooms in the heart of Pickering, North Yorkshire. We’re passionate about homemade food, warm hospitality, and creating a place where everyone feels relaxed and welcome.

Our journey began many years ago when Phil jokingly gave Jayne the nickname “Bolli”. When they first met, he thought she was a bit of a posh bird with a taste for champagne and the name stuck. So when it came to opening a tea rooms, it felt only right to give it a name with a story, a smile, and a bit of personality behind it.

Before settling in Pickering, we ran our first tea rooms in Wykeham, where we built a loyal following and a reputation for friendly service and quality homemade food. After selling that business we wanted the story to continue with a second venture, Bollis 2. So we are now delighted to bring the same charm, care, and community spirit to our new home in Pickering.

At Bollis 2, you’ll find freshly prepared pastries, sandwiches, light lunches, quiches, breakfasts, and a tempting range of homemade cakes — all made using fresh, locally sourced produce.
